Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, and egg until well blended.
  3. Shape the dough into small balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork.

  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
