Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the vegan pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread vegan cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle chopped vegetables, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the cheese.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log, then slice into 1-inch thick pieces.
- Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
