- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional for thickening)
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form into small meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker. In a separate bowl, mix beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the meatballs.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until meatballs are cooked through.
- Optional: Mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the gravy to thicken. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
