Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form into small meatballs.
  2. Place meatballs in the slow cooker. In a separate bowl, mix beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the meatballs.
