- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until meatballs are cooked through and sauce is bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Ensure meat mixture is well combined for tender meatballs. Adjust cook time for larger or smaller meatballs. Serve over rice or noodles for a quick meal.
