Instructions
- Start by cooking the chicken breasts until tender, then shred into bite-sized pieces. For added convenience, use oven-crisped chicken strips or slow-cooked chicken.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to infuse flavors.
- In a separate bowl, blend mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses with sour cream or Greek yogurt to create a creamy cheesy filling.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of the cheesy mixture. Add garlic-infused shredded chicken and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Add hot sauce or extra cheese if desired.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly, pinch the edges to seal, and cook in a preheated Air Fryer, skillet, or oven until the wrap is crispy and cheese is melted and gooey.
