Instructions
- Start by seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper. Optionally, marinate in soy sauce and garlic for added flavor.
- Grill or pan-fry the chicken until fully cooked and golden brown. Rest for a few minutes before shredding into small pieces.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Mix until smooth; adjust sriracha for desired spiciness.
- Spread the sauce on slider buns, add shredded chicken, and drizzle with more sauce if needed.
- Top with chopped green onions and optional pickled vegetables or shredded carrots for crunch.
- Place the top bun on each slider to assemble. Serve immediately or store for later enjoyment.
