- 200g ramen noodles
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and vegetables, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl, pour over stir fry and toss to coat.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet, toss well to combine and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste for more or less saltiness.
- For extra spice, add red pepper flakes or chili oil during stir-frying.
