Ingredients

  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and vegetables, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl, pour over stir fry and toss to coat.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the skillet, toss well to combine and heat through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
