Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Place seared chicken into the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth and dry gravy mix.
- Pour the gravy mixture over chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender and shreddable.
- Shred chicken and stir to coat with gravy before serving.

- For extra flavor, add sautéed onions or herbs to the gravy mixture.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread for a complete meal.
