- 1 pound cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 1 (9-ounce) package cheese tortellini
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place shredded chicken, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker. Pour in chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours until flavors meld.
- Add cheese tortellini and heavy cream to the slow cooker. Stir well.
- Cook on high for 20-30 minutes until tortellini is tender.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked turkey or beef for chicken.
- Use fresh tortellini for best results.
