Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, soup, vegetables, salt, and pepper.
- Layer sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish, then spread the beef mixture over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly.
