  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 small flour tortillas or flatbreads
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sliced jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onions
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a large sheet pan with olive oil.
