- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each side.
- Transfer chicken to the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Pour sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, cook on high for an additional 30 minutes uncovered.
- Serve with pasta, rice, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
