- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 zucchinis, sliced into rounds
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Prepare the vegetables by slicing zucchinis and washing cherry tomatoes.
- In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of olive oil, dried oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the center of the sheet pan. Arrange the sliced zucchinis and cherry tomatoes around the chicken. Drizzle remaining olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with minced garlic.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the vegetables are tender. Sprinkle feta cheese during the last 5 minutes if desired.
- Garnish with chopped fresh basil or parsley. Serve hot garnished with fresh herbs for a complete healthy and flavorful meal.
