Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • Hot chocolate powder (your favorite flavor)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into each cavity of a silicone mold, coating the sides evenly. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes until set.
  3. Add a teaspoon of hot chocolate powder and a sprinkle of mini marshmallows into each mold half.
  4. Reheat remaining melted chocolate and seal the molds together to form a sphere. Chill for another 20 minutes.
