- 1 pound cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded turkey, chopped cranberries, bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Gradually add chicken broth and beaten eggs, mixing until well combined.
- Form mixture into small balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

- Adjust cranberries for more or less tartness.
