- 1 sheet refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and arrange the triangles in a circle on the baking sheet, overlapping slightly in the center, leaving a hole in the middle.
- Spread cranberry sauce over the dough, then top with shredded turkey, cheese, and parsley.
- Fold the outer edges of the triangles over the filling, pinching to seal, forming a ring.
- Brush the top with beaten egg to achieve a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.

- You can substitute cooked chicken or vegetarian alternatives for the turkey.
- Serve with extra cranberry sauce on the side.
