Instructions
- Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, and a dash of chili powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Prepare rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In bowls, layer cooked rice, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and the cooked chicken.
- Top with chopped red onion, cilantro, and sliced avocado.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the bowl and serve immediately.
