- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds and chopped scallions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Stir-fry chicken slices until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Add bell peppers and bok choy; stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; toss well to combine and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped scallions.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen noodles for best results.
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness to taste.
- Can be made vegetarian by substituting chicken with tofu or tempeh.
