- 2 bell peppers, sliced (red and green)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant and translucent.
- Add beef slices and cook until browned.
- Stir in bell peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper; pour over beef and vegetables.
- Cook for another 2 minutes, until well coated and heated through.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
Notes
- Feel free to add red chili flakes for a spicy kick.
- For a thicker sauce, simmer until it reduces slightly.
