- 2 cups caramelized onions
- 1 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread caramelized onions evenly over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle shredded Gruyere and mozzarella cheeses on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle fresh thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve hot garnished with extra thyme if desired.

- You can prepare caramelized onions ahead of time for convenience.
- For a crunchier crust, pre-bake the crust for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
