Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
- Warm tortillas on the grill or microwave briefly.
- Assemble tacos by placing grilled shrimp in tortillas, topped with lettuce, avocado slices, cilantro, and a drizzle of sauce.
- Serve with lime wedges for extra flavor.
