- 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Add pepperoni slices and optional veggies on top of the cheese.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces if desired.
- Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and brush with a little olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
