Ingredients
Scale
- 1 sheet of puff pastry or crescent roll dough
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add ground beef or turkey, season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until browned, then let cool slightly.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface. Spread the cooked meat mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.

- Brush the top with melted butter. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes
- Feel free to swap ground beef for chicken or turkey for a leaner option.
- Ensure the meat mixture cools slightly to prevent soggy dough.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
