- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying or baking
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking, or heat oil for frying.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Divide mixture into small balls, flatten, and place a spoonful of cheese in the center. Wrap the beef around the cheese to form a ball.
- If baking, wrap each ball with biscuit dough. If frying, carefully fry until golden and cooked through.
- Bake or fry until crispy and cooked inside. Serve hot with dipping sauces.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
- Ensure cheese is fully enclosed to prevent leaks during cooking.
