- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch or arrowroot powder
Instructions
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Slice into evenly-sized sticks about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil until well coated. Add sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cornstarch. Toss again to evenly distribute seasonings.

- Use high smoke point oils like olive or avocado oil.
- Flip fries halfway through baking for even crisping.
- For extra crispiness, use convection mode if available.
