Instructions
- Start by marinating the chicken. In a bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken thoroughly and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden brown. Rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
- Prepare the tzatziki sauce. Mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill or mint, salt, and pepper. Chill for at least 15 minutes.
- Warm the pita breads briefly. Spread tzatziki on each, add sliced chicken, sprinkle feta, and top with diced cucumbers. Garnish with herbs and serve immediately.
