Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- During the last 2 minutes, top each chicken breast with salsa verde and shredded pepper jack cheese.
- Close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
- Remove from grill, garnish with cilantro, and serve hot.
Notes
Ensure chicken is fully cooked before topping with cheese. Feel free to add jalapeños for extra spice or serve with lime wedges for added freshness.
