- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, sliced

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in garlic, turmeric, and ginger; cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil.
- Add carrots, celery, salt, and pepper; simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in shredded chicken, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
