- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 8 ounces whole wheat pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream or Greek yogurt for a lighter version
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken strips and cook until golden and cooked through.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream or yogurt, then add parmesan cheese. Mix until sauce thickens.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and extra parmesan if desired. Serve warm.

- You can substitute Greek yogurt for heavy cream for a lighter dish.
