- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Boil sweet potato cubes until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook ground turkey with diced onion and minced garlic until browned. Season with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the cooked sweet potatoes in the baking dish, spread the ground turkey mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and garnish with parsley if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped bell peppers or a dash of hot sauce.
- You can substitute with ground chicken or beef.
