Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.

- Add lemon slices and capers, simmer for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
