Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in beef broth, marinara sauce, and crushed tomatoes. Bring to a simmer.
- Add pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions.
- Ladle soup into bowls, top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
