Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Mix in pumpkin puree and crushed tomatoes, stir well.
- Season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cook your favorite pasta according to package instructions.
- Serve the sauce over cooked pasta, topped with grated Parmesan and parsley.
