Instructions
- Place chicken, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, and garlic into the slow cooker.
- Pour in chicken broth and add thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- You can substitute chicken thighs with chicken breasts if preferred.
- Add potatoes or other vegetables for variety.
