Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Cut sponge cake into small cubes.
- Layer sponge cubes at the bottom of a large glass bowl.
- Spoon a layer of custard over the sponge.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top.
- Repeat layers until bowl is filled, finishing with whipped cream and berries.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately or chilled.
