Instructions
- Season beef bites with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add beef to the skillet and sear until browned on all sides.
- Transfer beef and garlic butter to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
