Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef pieces until browned on all sides. Transfer to slow cooker.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, then pour over beef in slow cooker.
- Add salt, pepper, and paprika to the beef mixture. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until beef is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
