Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter or cooking spray. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until fully cooked. Set aside.
- Cook bacon or sausage until crispy or thoroughly cooked. Chop into smaller pieces if needed.
- Lay the flour tortilla flat. Spread scrambled eggs over the center, add cooked breakfast meat, and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to enclose the fillings, forming your Wake Up Wrap.
- Place the assembled wrap in a skillet or sandwich press for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy, with melted cheese.
