- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet instant yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and knead until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Divide dough into 12 equal pieces and shape into rolls. Place on a greased baking dish.
- Mix minced garlic with a bit of melted butter and brush over the rolls.
- Top with shredded cheese and sprinkle parsley over each.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy goodness.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
- Best served warm for gooey, melted cheese.
