- 200g Japanese gyoza dumplings
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 small carrot, sliced thin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the broth in a large pot over medium heat until simmering.
- Add minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the broth, stirring well.
- Gently add the gyoza dumplings and cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in sliced green onions and carrots, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with fresh cilantro and extra green onions if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of chili oil or sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
