- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 burger buns
- 8 slices crispy bacon
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles
- 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion

- Ketchup and mustard for serving
Instructions
- Shape ground beef into 4 equal patties, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook patties for about 4-5 minutes per side.
- During the last minute, place cheese slices on each patty to melt.
- Cook bacon until crispy.
- Toast burger buns lightly.
- Assemble burgers: place lettuce on bottom buns, add patties with melted cheese, top with bacon, pickles, onions, and condiments, then cover with top buns.

- You can substitute beef with chicken or veggie patties for variety.
- Use brioche buns for a richer flavor.
