A quick and tasty keto-friendly recipe for Philly cheesesteak rolls filled with tender sliced beef, melted cheese, and colorful peppers, cooked to crispy perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sliced sirloin beef
  • 4 low-carb tortillas or lettuce wraps
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or cheese of choice
  • 1 small green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté sliced onions and peppers until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add remaining olive oil and cook sliced beef until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). On each tortilla or lettuce leaf, layer beef, sautéed peppers and onions, and shredded cheese.
  4. Roll up tightly and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and wraps are crispy. Serve hot.
