Ingredients

- 1 lb sliced sirloin beef
- 4 low-carb tortillas or lettuce wraps
- 1 cup shredded provolone or cheese of choice
- 1 small green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté sliced onions and peppers until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining olive oil and cook sliced beef until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). On each tortilla or lettuce leaf, layer beef, sautéed peppers and onions, and shredded cheese.
- Roll up tightly and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and wraps are crispy. Serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute beef with chicken or turkey for variation.
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder or hot sauce.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
