Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
- Add cold butter and cut in using a pastry cutter or forks until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, crab meat, parsley, and milk until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- While biscuits bake, prepare the lemon butter sauce: melt butter in a small saucepan, then stir in lemon juice, zest, and black pepper.
- Serve biscuits warm, drizzled with lemon butter sauce.
