- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into 1.5-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes.
- Transfer meatballs to a pot of marinara sauce and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
Notes
- Feel free to add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Use fresh herbs for a more flavorful dish.
