- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup chopped pickles (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro (for garnish)

- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Spread beef evenly over half of each tortilla, top with shredded cheese, onions, and pickles if using.

- Remove from heat, cut into wedges, and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute ground beef with shredded chicken or plant-based protein for variety.
- Adjust cheese quantity to your preference for extra cheesiness.
