Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add shredded chicken to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and stir to combine. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through and infused with garlic flavor.
- Spread mayonnaise or Greek yogurt evenly on each tortilla.
- Distribute the cooked chicken mixture over the tortillas, then sprinkle generously with shredded cheese. Add herbs if desired.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- For a crispy finish, grill the wraps in a panini press or in a skillet until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Alternatively, use an air fryer for crispy wraps with less effort.
