Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes.
- Push potatoes to the side and add ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix beef with potatoes and sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese.
- Cover skillet and cook until cheese melts, about 3-5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- Feel free to add diced onions or bell peppers for extra flavor.
- You can use any cheese you prefer, such as mozzarella or Pepper Jack.
