Ingredients
Scale
- 1 sheet of store-bought or homemade pizza dough
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup of sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick on a floured surface.
- Spread mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving borders. Add sliced pepperoni on top and sprinkle with Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Carefully roll the dough tightly from the longer side into a log. Slice into 1-inch thick pieces and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil for a golden finish. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until crispy and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- You can substitute regular dough with gluten-free or keto-friendly options for dietary preferences.
- Ensure rolls are sliced evenly for uniform baking and presentation.
- Serve with marinara or preferred dipping sauces for added flavor.
