Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil, stir well.
- Gently add frozen potstickers to the simmering broth, cook until heated through and dumplings are crispy or soft as desired, about 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and greens, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Ensure the dumplings are cooked thoroughly for best flavor. You can substitute chicken or vegetarian potstickers based on preference. For extra spice, add a dash of chili oil.
