- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Core the cabbage and carefully peel off outer leaves. Blanch leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, cooked rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each cabbage leaf and roll tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Arrange the rolls seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce over the rolls.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until heated through and sauce is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Feel free to substitute ground beef with turkey or vegetarian options.
- You can prepare the rolls ahead of time and refrigerate before baking.
- Add shredded cheese on top during the last 5 minutes for extra flavor.
